Subject: RE: Bike Fit suggestions/critqueA few comments: 1. I don't have any solid basis for saying this, but that bike looks marginally too large for you. 2. The Adamo is meant to be ridden at the tip. Your sit bones should be very close tot he edge. Of course. ride it however it works best for you, but in general being near the tip is probably a good starting point. 3. You don't look particularly stretched out. 4. Your toes are pointed a decent amount at the bottom of the stroke -- if that's how you ride naturally, then I'd raise the seat a touch. Or try dropping your heel a bit.
