The Wind was mostly a cross wind that made ride times slow. I had trouble keeping my HR down!
What would you do differently?:

Bring 1 water bottle 1 Gatoraid bottle instead of 2 Gatoraid. Focus more on myself than other riders. Get a better bike.

Congrats on finishing an extremely rough course yesterday. They don't get much more difficult than that run.

Hey!  Nice job--I think you did awesome   Frank killed us both   I only had to deal with him once though--not twice.  And never again!

Like I told Hiccup...I think we should all find out who Frank is so we can hunt him down.

That is an INCREDIBLE time for that race!   I think that's one of the toughest 1/2 IM courses around (that I've heard of anyway) but you came out of it like a pro.  I wish I'd known who you were so I could have cheered you on.
