I recommend you go to a shoe store where they have specialists who know how to measure your foot dynamics like your gait, arch, and size. I did my own research long before I started training for my first tri and purchased a pair on my own. However, the running store I went to 3 months ago had a really knowledgeable rep there who told me I got pretty close. We tried about 5 different pairs of running shoes until we got the right fit, stability, arch support, and comfort. She also told me once my distances go beyond 10K, I'm gonna have to purchase another pair and I'm not hesitant to go back to her once I do. Good luck! ~Roland |
