Comments:

I had no plans for this, but K signed us up as a way to get our long run done with a little fun. I decided to start up front so I didn't get caught up in a bunch of people and next thing you know I am 3 miles into it and racing with a small pack. I started to back off and let the pack go, but around mile 4 we had lost all the 10k runners and someone announced I was ~20th as we passed. I felt good and decided to keep it up and race it out.
Really happy with the time.

What would you do differently?:

nothing.

Warm down:

ran .5 mile cd and cheered for others coming in.

Very well run race with a decent challenging course.
