Oxford County Area Triathletes?

oooh oooh!  Pick me!!!  I'm in woodstock.  I know a bunch of other triathletes in Town.  Lisa Hartmann does a swim training group at Southside in Woodstock during the school year, you should come check it out.  I'm a good swimmer, and have got better with her help (last year I was top 20% female, top 1/3 over all and this summer I'm generally top 10% female, 20% over all (with the exception of last weekend in cobourg).  

(Lisa won her age group for the 1500 metres at the canadian masters swimming championship in a blazing time of 21 minutes - She's fast!!!)

Oh, and I'm also planning on doing lakeside - the sprint - signed up last week.

I will probably volunteer at the Oly on Sunday.

Lisa's group is just a group of triathletes.  Her significant other used to run a triathlon training group out of goodlife, so it is a group of people almagamated over the years.  I would recommend checking it out before going to the masters group.  The masters group will focus on all different strokes, is expensive and a big time commitment (I think it is 5 days a week?)
