REALLY good swim! Felt great. I tried to go wide right, but it didn't work that well as everyone went wide right. SO - I ended up on the buoy line. I got hit in the head by a guy swinging his arm around. Not bad and not on purpose, but it was okay. I kicked a little harder and got out of the way. Felt so smooth and strong.

Push a little harder in the end - 2 spring chickies passed me in the last .1 miles -- otherwise NOTHING!

walked a little - chatted a little - stretched a little. had a whey protein recovery drink -- fitness edge maybe?

Again - a great way to get some training in and a little harder effort. I do it more for the mass start in the open water.
