Actually it was, my double partner and I rowed 7 miles around Davis Island on Sunday and were still in pretty good shape when we were finished.  Our Saturday row was really good as well though shorter with rougher water, Sunday the water was like glass.  BTW Derek Jeeter's house on Davis Island is a monstrosity really, Vinny Lecavalier's is much prettyer.

Wow, thats pretty cool.  I love to kayak, but around my house there are few places to go so I havent been on a kayak in years.  The neatest place that I have found was Bar Harbor Maine.  It is beautiful, and you have to get there one day

Nice I may have to try to get there one day.  If you are ever down this way let me know my kayak hasn't been out of the garage this summer, I've been to busy with other stuff.  We can find you a kayak and take a paddle down one of the rivers around here or out into the gulf.

I've got my 10K planned for tomorrow, and it's a beast. Not as beastly as ALL long distance free like I did last week, but ...

The main set is 5.5K and involves a lot of 500s.

It's a great place to visit but I am kind of meh about living here.  I am more of a mountains kind of girl.

Well I wasn't kayaking, I was sculling with my doubles partner but could be interesting taking a single out after you.  A kayak would probably be better and more stable though.

I saw that painting in Florence and, it being so widely reproduced and hyped, I thought it'd be a letdown ... I could not stop staring at it with tears in my eyes.

I am treating paradise well, thank you. I have a wonderful little piglet squealing around in my group of friends (who just moved to Bali) and I have rolled the welcome mat out for him.

Please remind me to not EFF THIS ONE UP ... not at least until after I've snagged him
