When it gets over 110, you can really start to feel it. Don't take me wrong, but I'm kind of surprised (that there's an excessive heat warning). Isn't well into the triple digits fairly common out there in the desert? When I lived on the edge of the desert in Redlands (and particularly one summer), it was routinely in the hundredteens. |

You can have a couple dozen. We also have those yummy pecan powdered-sugar cookies, they are called Snow White here, but I think maybe Mexican Wedding cookies in the U.S.? Not sure. And pineapple crumble cookies, and coffee-flavored chocolate chip almond cookies. I am literally sitting here at the computer and have stacks of cookie boxes up to my ears. COOKIE MONSTER WANT COOKIE!!! |
