Subject: Delaware Diamondman Sprint : Official Thread

Just signed up for this at he last minute to replace a race washed out by the hurricane.  I'm trying to get a handle on this "shoe transition" thing.  Do I really need shoes to run from the swim to T1?

 

Also, anyone know what water temps look like?

I am a newbie to this race so I am going to scout this out at packet pick up on Saturday.

Water temps have been all over.....hoping the rain will cool it off.
