I was so looking forward to doing this race for the first time but have not been able to run for 2 weeks since I mangled the back of my heel on the storm door Yell

Sorry to all of you guys and gals who signed up, but can't race.  I know your pain all too well.  Feel free to come out and cheer us on.  And next year will be here sooner than you know it.  This is my 6th Cow Harbor and I can remember my first like it was yesterday!!

Great morning for a run.  It stayed pretty cool the entire morning.  This was the first year that I felt strong the whole race and finished strong.  I probably could have hit miles 3 and 4 a little harder, and maybe have trimmed my time down a minute or so.  Still though, a great day for a great race, and I did a respectable time.

X2. What a perfect day for racing - cool, cloud cover, dry roads. Of the 6 years I've run this race, today was the best conditions I can remember. I too had a great day and PR'd. The whole thing was so much fun, I feel the morning went goo fast Good times
