16 seconds for that final 25m.  Reports from that swim in Calgary say he was doing 1:01 for 100m in a set.  As crappy as it looks, it clearly works. 

I hate it when people with worse technique are faster than I am.

Okay, so I guess half of my earlier response was in sarc font and not everyone knew he was skimming 1:00/100m for his fast repeats.

We always listen to you Yanti but sometimes ya just got to spell it out! 

I bet Lance couldn't do a 40k swim....  

I think I'll ask him.

And that's crow flies. It's going to be a 70-80k route.
