My shoulders were weak, I was out of breath, I just wanted it to end. I was nauseous and dizzy getting out of the water and that stuck with me for half my bike ride. Get in the frikken pool or you WILL suffer, and not in a good way. |

Brought my gear with me again today. Thanks for all your butt-kicking kind words! Here is a picture of the building I work in and the pool which lies not 50 yards from my window... I have NO excuse!
