Comments: I had several layers on, wicking underarmour then long sleeve cotton tee then windbreaker. On the bottom, had spandex shorts and long legged running pants. Probably too much for the weather.Definitely forgo the longsleeve tshirt or add long sleeve wicking. Forgo the pants. Wear a garbage bag to throw away. Post race

Got up at 6:30am, had a coffee, banana, shreddies, yogurt.
ate half a power bar and a bottle of half/half gatorade and water
a little stretching before the event, modest
not a lot of warmup, did a little stretching at the house then a little at the event. Didn't do any pre-race jogging
