Subject: Planned Training Request

Ron,

I don't know if you can do this or not, but I'd like to make a request about the planned training display.

What I'd find the most helpful would be to have an option to show a summary instead of the current day and the next two days.  It would be based on the week start day that I selected in options.  So, for the current week instead of showing the current day and the next two days, it would show the current week's training schedule, broken down by event, not by day.

A possible example:

Run
1   0:30  1.5 miles
2   0:45   2 miles
3   1:00   ----

Bike
1  ---    30 miles

Swim
1 1:00  2400 yards
2 1:00  2000 yards

I don't even know if this is possible, but the best thing for me is to see what I've got planned and be able to easily figure out if I've met my schedule or not.

If this is a big change (which I think it might be) maybe you could throw it open to a poll to see if anyone else would be interested.

Would any of the week/month planned reports be of use if we added in the 'show comments' for each workout (instead of just time/distance)?

We ARE working on next to have 'Planned vs Actual' Reports and associated graphs.  I wont go into detail on the specific views/graphs, but would love your additional comments on that after it comes out (hopefully in a few weeks)...that could serve your needs per your second request.

Actually, if there's going to be a planned vs. actual report under the weekly/monthly column that includes the planned comments, I think that would be exactly what I'd like to see.

Specifically, I'd like to be able to upload say, the 20 week Oly plan, and then not have to mess around with changing things to fit my workout schedule. I'd also like to easily see if I'm on track for that week/month.
