I'm a very slow newbie in downtown toronto, and I'm hoping to find another newbie to meet every once in a while for a run, bike or swim.... to keep each other motivated and in line....Anyone?

Not yet..... but I had to stop running for a bit because of my back, so I don't know how fun I would be while I get back into it.
What about you?

Hey,

Why don't you both check out the www.c3online web site. They have a lot of training sessions available for all different levels.

Tomorrow is our first mega day for the year in Caledon, lots of people, lots of energy, lots of fun.

Geoff

The wife and I are going to be in Toronto this coming weekend for a little R&R. We're staying at the Days Hotel downtown. Any advice on where to go for a 12K-ish run?

If you want flat go waterfront, hills - go to High Park. Look up The Running Room in the yellow pages and call the downtown store - they can advise you on mapped out runs.

Have fun!
