Comments: I had a damn good race! Nailed the pace I wanted to, generated negative splits the entire way (see above), and started picking people off left and right from about mile 8 on. This was MY day to run that race! What would you do differently?: Nothing. Post race

Sushi the night before, then coffee and a granola bar 2 hours before race start. Started drinking some water 1 hour before race time.
Not much really - ran slowly around the parking lot and did a bit of stretching right before the start.
