I haven't felt all that great all week so instead of over doing it I decided to use this race to practice pacing myself I have a tendancy to over cook the start of a race and be flat wasted by the end of it. My goal yesterday was to run an 8 min pace. 7:55 was pretty good and I felt a lot better at the end and was passing people instead of getting passed at the end.

A beautiful run through the park, Will definitely run this race again next year.
