Post race
Warm down:

jogged back to the car park. Stretched for a while & rehydrates on water & energy drink

What limited your ability to perform faster:

it was absolutely freezing,

Event comments:

Very well organised, a little late due to a wait for the police to close the roads. The only suggestion was that given they knew a severe frost was coming that night, why they hadn't got the roads gritted - they was a lot of ice in some areas which made running down the hills a bit interesting!

The race was freezing, but a good course, the downhill ending is a great help if you're pushing for a PB.

Fantastic time!

There must have been an awful lot of fast guys in your class to have your time and STILL only get 93rd in your AG.

Great run it sounds like!
