Here's my workout for today (I think this is from the sprint schedule)

WU: 300 easy. Then 'swim golf' = 6 x 50 on 15" rest & count strokes. What combination of time and strokes gives you the lowest ‘score?’ (Ex: 43 strokes + 45” = 88).

MS: Swim a moderate effort using the same stroke count in WU set. 5 x 100 (10&rdquo moderate. 4 x 50 kick (20&rdquo moderate.

CD: 200 easy alternating 50 pull, 50 swim.

When I total up all the yardage included in the workout, I get 1500 - but the workout says 1600. I'm not sure which is the typo - should the CD be 300 or the workout be 1500? The last form swim was also off by 100. Just thought you would want to know!

I'll check it out tonight and change the yardage to match the workout and look at the other swim workouts...I'm sure it's just a typo. 

Is it the 12 Week Basic Sprint that you are using?

I've put my plan together from three different ones, but I think that it's the basic sprint for now. I figured it was just a typo, but I thought I'd just mention it. Thanks!

Ok, this was day 27 in both the RPE and HR versions of the 'Basic Sprint 12 week, it has been updated and changed from 1600 to 1500 yards-although the swim workout description was correct.

Sorry to find another one, but here's my workout from today (I think I'm in the Winter Maintenance plan now)

WU: 15' - CD: 10' 3’ at 100 RPM. 2’ at 110 RPM. 1 ‘at 120 RPM or highest sustainable RPM.

This is off by about 4 minutes - should it be a 31 minute workout or is one of the numbers off? We just decided to add in 4' at 90 RPM, but that's probably not right.

Ok, that was Day 9 of the 7-10 hour winter maintenance.

We changed the cooldown to 15min, main workout is the same.  And it's updated in the plans too.  Thanks for noticing...and don't be sorry...it's never a problem...
