Subject: Training Plan Suggestions OK. Here are my first two races. A Sprint in the first week of April, and an OLY the last week of April. I have been building a base for the last two months. My swim is the weakest, buy getting better prett quickly. I can run 1+ at a good intesity no problem a few times a week. I can ride 1:30 no problem at a good intesity. I have time to do two a day training. Being that i have 20 weeks to my Oly, what should i do? It seems like some of the basic plans are too basic, yet i don't know if i should jump into a intermediate plan right away. I have no weight i need to loose and i am in good shape physically with no issues or injuries to speak of. I think i am more than ready for the times for the intermediate, but need suggestions from those of you who have been in this position before. Let me know, i would like to start the plan on the first of December if possible. |
