hey is it possible to add #1, 2, 3 to the CORE pulldown? it would be a LOT quicker for me to log it that way than to add each individual exercise. It seems like there are a LOT of people now using Mike's Plans, and maybe it would be useful to others too? Pretty Please?

You can do the 'Copy/Move/Delete' function, select 'copy' to another day and only select strength....that would make it a lot faster.

I hesitate to add in your names for the pulldowns as you would have to assume you know what # sets/reps you did...if you get that specific.

Cuz ultimately in 2006, we hope to revamp the strength so you can GRAPH exercise stats and show reports by muscle groups and by individual exercise...and all of your work would not be usable for that feature.

Try the 'Copy' function and let me know if that helps.
