I just imported the 20 week Basic Olympic plan into my log based on a May 21 race date. When I view the plan, I have all Saturdays off. I work a normal work week and would like to move the plan back a day. I'll make adjustments the week before the race. How can I do a mass move?

Bulk modifications to training plans is done via the Copy/Move/Delete link which is located next to the date in the Blog view  or at the top of the page in the Calendar view.

Detailed instructions on using this function are located here:

Moving this amount of training data can take a while for the system to perform. It would probably be more efficient to use the Copy/Move/Delete link to delete all the planned training information and then re-import the plan using the earlier start/finish date.

Thanks, and thank you for the quick reply. That worked great and it moves my long total time day to Sundays, and gives me Mondays and Fridays off.

One more question, I have a sprint planned for April 15, should I taper that week or just treat that race as a training day. That will be my first ever triathlon, and my goal is just to complete.

Jim,
Personally, if the Oly in May was my 'A' race, I'd do a "mini-taper" for 3 or so days prior to the Sprint . Having said that I have to warn you that I'm not a coach.

Your Gold level Performance membership gives you access to Training Plan support from Mike Ricci of D3Multisport via the Training Plan Support forum, and this is exactly the kind of question that the forum is there for.

This would also be a good way to introduce yourself to Mike. He's a pretty nice guy. (Just try to be a little extra nice to him during baseball season when the Red Sox lose).
