Subject: Bike exercises...
What are some good bike exercises to make me a stronger biker? Are there those certain muscles bikers use that are often neglected in weight training? I was told those Hanging knee-raises really work your inner-thighs instead of your abs if you bring your leg out and forward instead of straight down. If you go straight down it puts more stress on your lower back. But this exercise is great for biking because you use those inner-thigh muscles a great deal on your bike.

Any others to suggest? Leg Presses, Seated Calf Raises, Hamstring curls, etc...

What about musles that strengthen specific areas of your upper body for biking?

Thanks for any suggestions1

This probably isnt the answer you are looking for, but try sprinting and riding hills... You can also do squats and lunges for a all over leg work out.

IMHO, the best exercise to get better at biking is to ride, lots!!!!   The more miles you put in the more efficient you will become and you will develop the cycling muscles needed.

Just my $0.02 worth.

Adios
