started march at 185 started weight loss at 188 mid Feb
i have replaced breakfast with a granola bar then a second one at about 1000 Lunch is 1 or 2 more with a 3/4 mile walk (omly have 30 min ) and a normal supper I drink freely on weekends and can have one or two afer reaching weekly 2 pound goal been thursday or friday.
goal is unknown Ill know it when i get there but 2 pounds per week till I do
Ill start working out againe on the 12th
current weight is 181 loss of 4 this week |
