Sure we would be happy to have you join in.  Although the enthusiasm does seem to be fading.  Hopefully everyone will get back to the grind.

Just back from Florida and did I ever eat brutally - my current weight is 161.2, up from my last entry. With the current windchill at -18, perhaps I'll burn calories just to keep warm.

Hope all is well!!

Blast, still at 239.  I'm hoping it's the strength training adding some muscle cause I'm doing pretty decent in the mirror test.

236.5 for 2 or so pounds last week and 5.5 overall.  And I'm donating blood today so that should help me drop another pound or so.  Don't think I can make my overall goal weight (at least not in a healthy way) but 228-230 is still plenty reasonable and as I get out of the off season lull it shouldn't be too hard.

I'd like to join you as well if nobody objects.

Started 1 march and since then I have dropped 8lbs. Just goes to show I have
some room for improvement here. I am now at the gym at 5:30 a.m. 3-5 days a
week swimming Monday and Weds, running tuesday and thursday, weights friday.
Trainer in the evening. Can't wait for decent weather to get outside for a change
of scenery.
