Performance:
My friend ran the Houston Marathon today...all 26.2 miles and beat her previous PR. I agreed to help pace the last six miles. Having not run more than a mile or two at a time in months...six miles seemed a bit of a stretch. But as suspected...the roar of the crowd, the bands, the support and the complete adrenaline of it all, I made it through. It was an awesome experience and I'm sooooooooo excited to get started on more races!!!
