I take a few. Multivitamin, just because. B-complex keeps my daily headache away (for real!). Vitamin C. Alfalfa for my sinuses -otherwise I have post nasal drip issue. Oh yeah, and calcium because I don't get enough from food. :-)

Multi vitamin, Glucosamine chondroitin, and more water than I think I need!

I take multi-vitamins... only because I don't think I get enough vitamins from the food I eat.

Recently, I started experimenting with a food called Maca from Peru. It's actually the root of a plant that grows in the Andean Mountains at altitudes between 11,000 to 14,000 feet. Native Peruvians use it to increase energy, stamina and endurance. Legend also has it that during the height of the Incan Empire, Incan warriors would consume maca before entering into battle. This would make them fiercely strong. But after conquering a city the Incan soldiers were prohibited from using maca, to protect the conquered women from their powerful sexual impulses.

I'v been using it for almost 3 weeks now and I already feel the effect. If you don't believe me, ask my wife.

Centrum, folic acid and baby-be-gone (the pill). Out of all of them, the pill has the most noticeable effect (no PMS), but the folic acid has improved some female issues. In fact, folic acid is a recommended supplement for both sexes since it prevents several kinds of cancer. The multivitamin is for overall health. BUT, I also give blood fairly regularly in order to make sure I don't get too high concentrations in my blood, among other reasons. I think of it as a partial oil change. Unfortunately, training has put that on the side.

I just take a daily high-strength cod liver oil for the Omega 3's and occasionally a multi-vit if I train hard and feel I haven't really had a balanced diet on the day. Stepping up my programme a notch so will likely start taking a high quality daily vit & mineral supplement every day. I can't honestly say if I've noticed any benefits but trust the long term benefits of the Omega 3's etc.

Seven Seas Cod Liver Oil. I grew up taking it in the capsules... used to pop them in my mouth when I was a child. The old folks here say Shark Oil is even better but it is worse tasting than the Cod Liver oil. A friend of mine promised to get me a bottle but I'm still waiting.
