Subject: RE: Run Challenge / Feb?I agree with the total time based challenge since it will be easier for the person in charge (you, heh heh) to keep up with totals on a weekly basis. That way, if someone wants concentrate on mileage it'll be easier to convert over to time for the initial goal. Right? If I know I want to run 50 miles in February and I know I run on average an 8 minute mile, then I know to challenge myself to finish 400 minutes for the Feb Goal. makes sense and keeps from having to follow the two methodologies for computing the weekly percentages towards goal. |
