Hi Rob, that plan is one our plans that restricts details to Silver and Gold performance memberships.
I'm going to be upgrading my membership within the next few days.
So, it seems that most of the workouts are designed to be done on the flats. What about riding/running the hills to get better at hills? (I know you said to go by how you feel on a given day, but is LT/HR zone training on the flats really so good that you can skip the hills? )
Also, just wondering if these plans are built on Periodization?--I'm not challenging the design, just wondering because I obviously don't know my arse from my elbow when it comes to this stuff!
