 Comments: I did exactly what I wanted to do: was shooting for about a 7:40 pace and I hit that. What would you do differently?: Probably look to cut my pace in the latter half of the race.  Post race Warm down: Walk, sit, eat oranges, bananas and bagles What limited your ability to perform faster: My own caution with regard to pacing. Have never competed in a 1/2 before, so I had no idea what pace I would truly be capable of. Picked a pace I thought I could keep and I kept it, but probably could have won or at least placed in age group (took 5th) had I been slightly more aggressive. Event comments: I'll be back!
