Whoa! And fresh out of tri camp too!

Great blog you have there, love your can-do attitude. Ambitious race schedule you have coming up. I'm also planning RiverCities and CajunMan, possibly IronStar depending on what fall marathon I choose, so I'll see a lot of you this year. Why aren't you doing the Opelousas Sunrise duathlon March 19th? What's one more?Wink also, there's another Louisiana Olympic  diostance (Indian Creek) south of Alex in June.

See ya Saturday! Supposed to be a little windy, a little cold.

I heard there's sleet forecasted for Saturday!  Sure you'll still be wearing shorts, Bear?

Not seeing a chance of precip in the forecast, but 35 degrees, 17mph NNW winds gusting to 33 could be semi-brutal. Haven't decided, might wear tights because of the bike segment.

Why don't you and D come down and share in the misery fun?

Wimp. I expect more from someone with "Why the hell not? --Me" in her signature. Wink

Talk your rocket surgeon of a husband into it and come on down. I'm sure they have day-of registration.

Provided you actually possessed said equipment (am not referring to hammer).

I'm going to be there tomorrow, but I am not excited about this weather. This will only be my second race of any kind and it will be the second time it is cold. This is south LA right? I don't do well in the cold. Granted, I'm excited about going snow skiing next month, but it's supposed to be cold there.

Where is this thread located? I can't find it unless I do a search.

John, Do you have the official times anywhere? I didn't have a watch or a computer on the bike for the whole race.
