I do most of my training north of guelph, there's some good roads and Guelph lake isn't too bad to swim in.

Hi Elly, Yes a new user... Ah, "athlete” Just trying to stay young I think. Big plans for the 40th year 39 was a bad time so no time like the present to change.


Bopper: Oakville is pricey but you get what you pay for. I work in the city and see all the bad parts and people, it is nice to get away from that when you are home and in a safe place.
I wonder if I met you last year during tour for kids? I rode in the 2 day, 27Km (fast) group, on Saturday (we averaged 31Km’s and past the 30Km average group 3 Km from the finish line in Peterborough). On Sunday we rode with the 27Km group to start and then joined the 31Km Long group just before the 50Km rest stop.


I find filling out the training logs usually guilt’s me into pushing a little harder and putting in a little more time. It’s hard to see blanks on the calendar… lol
