What would you do differently?: Camelback was not properly adjusted...lost time readjusting. Run

Warm down: Stretching What limited your ability to perform faster: have not been doing a lot of speed workouts. Had a snafu with my camelback; my wife had borrowed it, and I hadn't readjusted the straps prior to the race. Event comments: Event was run- bike -swim (order reversed from above listing.)I was nervous about the swim, but it turned out to be very smooth and a personal best...definitaly could have gone farther/longer. Having the swim at the end was kind of relaxing. Bike and run portions were "average"; times were about the same as on previous bike and run events. Last updated: 2004-05-14 12:00 AM
