Subject: Isle of Palms
Seeing the thread about NC reminded me that I am going to Isle of Palms (island off charleston, SC) this weekend. Is anyone familiar with the area or things I should be sure to do. Any good runnig trails? I am def. bringing my wetsuit because I will be a block from the water.

SHOP SHOP SHOP.  And the thing I always do in Charleston....well, Mt. Pleasant, actually is kayak.  So fun to kayak there.  Check it out.  Charleston also just built a kick butt new 3 mile bridge with a super wide and protected running/walking trail across it....would make a great workout.

There's a running store in downtown Charleston that you should check out.  I'm not sure about where to run/bike/swim, but I'm sure you can find some good places.  Enjoy- weather is supposed to be nice this wekeend!

Hey, why don't you drive down to Beaufort on Saturday morning and laugh at, heckle, make fun of, be embarassed to be associated with, cheer us on at the PI sprint. Going to be a half dozen or more BTers plus all the hot groupies and roadies that follow us around. You know how it is when you got it like that. Let me know and I'll send the details. It's about 90 mins south of Charleston.

I would like to but I have obligations all weekend and no car. And the bar part sounds fun, getting my butt kicked...not really as much fun.
