The was a great first race. It really challenged me to think about whether this was the sport for me or not. I have decided that it is.

Great job Krisy!  Is this your fastest run?  12:32 is AWESOME!!!!!!  I'm sorry you didn't get to finish with Brad, but you did both finish the race and that is a huge accomplishment!

i love that you two are racing together. are there any duathlons around there? last year bill and i did one together and there were only a few co-ed teams, so we won 1st place! it was a blast!
