Start was very crowded and had a couple full-contact moments trying to pick my way through the crowd. Slowed down too much on hills; probably lost a whole minute on last mile
What would you do differently?:

suck it up on the hills; maybe not cycle the day before.

Ugh, seriously, missing it by a couple seconds is always the worst.
