Biking - Strange numbness down left leg

Just started to notice this recently on my longer riders 30+. The feeling starts on the left side of my lower back and the runs down the outside of my left leg until about the knee. I am not the smartest guy out there so I dont really know what to look for but here are a few of my observations.

Both left and right heals pass an equal distance from the crank arms.
By getting out of the aero position it helps a bit, but that might be due to my gut not hitting my legs!
My left calf is noticably larger than my right even though I am right handed.
