You da man!  Only a 4 on 1-5 "physical exertion" scale.  I would be hospitalized.

so...are there BREW stops along the route or what???What do you EAT when you run for like a whole day...Listen to music? Friends? What was your "long training run" leading up to this?
Idea intrigues me..bet it felt good to stop!
Congrats on finishing!

so...are there BREW stops along the route or what???

No... but I did see plenty of beers in hand

What do you EAT when you run for like a whole day

I had a Red Barron Pizza (not joking) and cookies

Listen to music? Friends?

Yeah I had my I-pod with me but most of the time I talked to folks as they would pass buy.... and I had a buddy doing it also and another buddy on a bike supporting us

What was your "long training run" leading up to this?

27 mile and 35 mile

Idea intrigues me..bet it felt good to stop!

I think it would help someone a ton if he/she could get past the 26.2 mark.... The logic is that if one would go past 26.2 it will trick your mind into thinking that 26.2 is short...... you should do it!!! all you need to do is start slow and plan walking breaks....
