Subject: help for searching and simple suggestion..
ahhh isn't there a way to search the blogs for someone? i want to see what my blog looks like in view mode. also what if i want to find someone who isn't on one of the general tabs.. ughh.. its probably simple but i can't figure it out..

be nice if garmin software linked.. oh i've just researched tons of other sites and you are the only ones with individual weightlifting.. so far i LOVE the sight. very user friendly and lots of cool shots.

I like it the way it is. I don;t want people to be able to search for me!  If they know me, they can search by my location or my screen name.  But making search features too much easier/more direct would lead me to making my logs private.

I did a forum search for doing a "user search" and this is the most recent thread I could find so sorry if this has been discussed more recently.

Don't quite understand why being able to search the pages of the user listing would be a problem?  I recently tried to blog someone I've been conversing with for some time.  Did they make their log private?  Are they no longer a member at all?  Just wanted to know.  To look them up on the user list pages, I had to do the "go to page 200" and then "to page 150" and then "to page 180" and then "to page 175" and then "to page 176" and then "to page 177".  You get the picture.  Am I doing something wrong?  Turns out the person changed their log to private which shows up on the user listing page.  No problem.  That is all I wanted to find out.  End of story.  Is there an easier way to find a person on the user page list without having to narrow it down page by page by page by page?
