Comments: Felt good the whole race, I could have gone harder after 5K. I beat last years time by a minute! What would you do differently?: Go harder at mile 3. Post race
Warm down: Got a free massage right after race. Ate and drank a little. Walked back to my car. What limited your ability to perform faster: Nothing Event comments: Lots of run, and lots of things to see and do after the race.
