Comments:

This was the first Transition I had ever done, I think I was a little bit slow I couldn't get my race jersey on since I was kinda of wet. I tried to get my HR down so that I could concentrate on put my socks and shoes on for the ride
What would you do differently?:

Consider not wearing socks and gloves on the ride
Bike

  • 12 miles
  • 20.87 mile/hr
Comments:

I flet that I crushed the bike, I have never rode so comfortably and flet like I could push hard without even trying. I remember Lance Armstrong saying one time it flet like there wasn't even a chain on the bike today. I flet a little like that, but I knew I had to push on the bike because I am weak in the run
What would you do differently?:

Push harder
Transition 2

Comments:

Good transtion my legs felt good after the ride
What would you do differently?:

Put on my race number

Comments:

A lot of the people that I passed on the bike, I think passed me on the run. A lady went passed me and she paced me back to the finish. I need to increace my running for Salem
What would you do differently?:

Push harder!!! Give it everything I had

Way to represent the Utah BT crew! Congrats on a great race. 8 minute miles after a swim and an excellent bike is not weak buddy, good work.

Great first tri there! You had some great times, particularly on the bike!

Looks like you're going through the same learning process that I did, particularly with transition. You'll get those down next time just from having been through it once before. Just a couple of points of advice: Tri suit (no putting on shirt), go sockless & gloveless, get speedlaces if you don't have them. You'll cut a good minute or two off at least.

Overall, looks VERY successful! Good luck at Salem. I didn't sign up in time for that one...

Hey, Great job!   Had this been a "group Start" we could have paced each other the whole race -- You beat me by 2 places -- 76 for you 78 for me!  That would have been great!

Great job for a first ever triathlon.  Have you bought your  wetsuit yet?  Are you going to do the Provo Tri?

Congratulations on a great first race!

Great first race! Bummer didn't get a chance to meet you. I'm with Brett. Look forward to when we can all race together. I think we would really push one another as our times are  similar. Well, ya'll would certainly be good pacers for me.

Otherwise - just two words:

HOT TUB!
