How much do you want to spend? I have a 56 Parlee Z4 Custom black peal paint with campy chorus 11 speed. Was looking to get around 4K out of it.

Offering up my Its a 1991  56 cm Trek 2300 Carbon pro    Yes its the one in this picture.    recently completely overhauled.    it has shimano 600 group  (Ultegra is comparable)      This colorful bike is in great condition,  and turns heads.  If you are into retro  this is it!   (also has Scott Drop-ins as pictured)

Here is a few specifics to hopefully narrow it down:

Requirement:

2008 and above
size of 56cm
aluminum or carbon

prefer:
specialized, cannondale, cervelo
ultegra, 105, or SRAM force
carbon frame

I am looking for a good deal on either a frame I can build or a full bike at a decent price. I would prefer to stay around $1500 for a full bike or $700 for a frame. Thanks for reading! Please let me know what you have.

You have a problem here.... a 56cm what? The geometry varies greatly between brands, how a frame is measured varies between brands (center-center, center-top, outside-outside, center to virtual connection point). In essence, a 58 from one brand might be right for you, a 56 from another brand might have a geometry very close to the 58 from the first, yet the 3rd brand will call their frame XL, a 4th Medium, etc. etc. etc. You get my point.

Yea I understand. But thing is when you're buying new and can test ride the bikes beforehand it's a little easier to go one size up or down. But when I am buying used I would like to stick to 56cm in those three specific brands I listed since I have ridden all three and know 56cm fits me well in those. Either way I appreciate your input! Hopefully I find something soon.
