We can take the cat for a walk, but there's not a lot of walking involved. More like stopping and smelling this rock then stopping to eat some grass. We don't usually make it very far.

My cats, you put them on a leash, they just lie down and you end up dragging them if you are trying to go anywhere.  One of them used to be trained for the leash, but once she learned about freedom, that was the end of the leash.  Luckily where I live, they are pretty safe outside, and my deck has a gate, so if a dog does come along who is not so friendly, they can get to the deck and be safe from the dog. 

How did I not notice this until now?! Oh right, I was too busy sending Jen pictures of my cats and teasing her ... there is going to be some vicious payback for this!

Okay, so I'm totally late to the game and it ain't fair, but neither is life, as poor Jen is most uncomfortably realizing! so I'm guessing ... December 14 at 7:00am.

Heck, if I were her kid, I'd want to hang out with her as long as possible, too.

Well now you are officially past due so you need to do something to get Baby Nibblet to want OUT 

I think you should read proclamations to your stomach. "Hear ye, hear ye, as of Dec. 7th, there is taking up unlawful residence in my body, and must move immediately or risk eviction."

Failing that, it's never too early to resort to bribes, threats, and blackmail in the world of parenting.

I *love* not being a parent. Thinking you know everything AND ignorance being bliss. Best of both worlds.

To be fair, I don't know how you put up with the funny farm.  I would go insane.

I keep telling A that this is clearly *his* child as no child of mine would be late.  He is not amused.

Well, haha, clearly I had the work-around to that one ... I'm already insane!

I sent Jen a tick-tock, myself.

Nope.....she is very private about this which I respect.  Isn't even telling her own parents or in laws when she goes into labor.  I will know whenever she decides to say something......and I will let all the rest of the Nbbs know as soon as I can!
