Pre-race routine:

Got up at 7 AM. Ate a thin bagel with butter and blackberry jelly, a banana and a cup of coffee. Drove to downtown and parked in front of Mark's house. Walked to race start.

Event warmup:

Walked around until race time for the warmup.

Comments:

Pretty good run. Should have started out a little slower for negative splits. Downhill running was good. Uphill running was acceptable, but needs to be a little stronger.

What would you do differently?:

Just keep training.

Just need more training.

Event comments:

Lots of people. Start was a little confusing. We were divided into timed and untimed, but when started everyone merged together.
