  • Comments: Lots of people. Start was a little confusing. We were divided into timed and untimed, but when started everyone merged together.

  • Comments: I'll do it again every year if possible. I didn't time myself this year but my watch said 58:45. I was chip timed in 2004 in 1:09:57. My friend told me I did it in 2005 in 1:08ish, but I couldn't find those results. I'll keep looking. Either way, I've steadily improved each time I've done it. Great day to be with family, too. I really enjoy doing this with Mike especially. He's a great motivator. Running with my sisters in law and father in law was also rewarding. I don't see them very much each year (sisters in law) so it was nice to catch up doing something so positive.

  • Comments: As usual, this was fun and relaxing to be with friends and family before a HUGE Thanksgiving meal. The course changes each year now depending on the A&M vs t.u. game being home or away. I like the course for home games but both are hilly and hard if you try to run for a time. The home course is much more scenic, the away course goes more through campus. FYI, the race report was done for fun (ie not all real)

  • Comments: Didn't stick around for any post race stuff had to get home and start getting ready for Turkey Day. Overall a well run event and hopefully I'll get to do it again next year.

  • Comments: I don't think I'd do this again unless I run it with friends. Over 12000 runners, and lots of families, made it a busy course. Just less than 3000 actually did it timed. Great family even, great local event, something to do today I guess.

  • Comments: The start was a bit disorganized and the kids fun run was chaos. Overall a good race once it got started and there was some good crowd support near the start...once you got away from that area it was sparse or non-existent. Still a good race though and I'd do it again.

  • Comments: This was a fantastic pace for me!! Looks like I was pretty much below average race wise, but I had a blast. Check out the hill in the last .25 mile of the run!!
