Athens Twilight Criterium - Biathlon (run/bike)

Comments: By the first turn I was hitting my stride pretty good and kept it up through mile one and two. It wasn't that I started out too strong, but more that when the hills started, I wasn't really sure how much longer I had, so I backed off too early. By the time I realized we were close to the finish, it was too late. What would you do differently?: Run through the hills at the last mile  Transition 1
Comments: No Transition Got our bikes and rolled up to the start @ 10a  Bike
Comments: 50K Gambler - Harlem Dawg had a tough time at the starting gate (london bridge is falling down...) but once we got going all was well until mile 4 when we had to stop and adjust HD's (yes, once again) seat... The first stop was at ~6 mile mark (why so early?, i have absolutely no idea...) At the end I had a pair of Qs with 8 high... HD had a pair of Js with pride high : ) Good ride overall until we realized that the finish did not end up at the start and we had to bike an additional 3 miles (up the steepest hills of the course) back to downtown! What would you do differently?: Stay with the pack longer Post race

Didn't get as much sleep as I wanted, but oh well....
Athens Criterium
Got up at 6:30a and was at the event by 7:30. Staying with Harlem Dawgs parents was perfect... Thanks again HD! After registration had a chance to do a lite warmup 10min.
