A solid month of base building for IMLP for me, with pretty much the whole last week off:

Bike: 415.1 Mi
Run: 58.55 Mi
Swim: 18054 Yd

This month will see those numbers increase quite a bit.

Bike: 8h 27m 45s - 165.76 Mi
Run: 15h 11m 55s - 118.01 Mi
Swim: 3h 45m - 11250 Yd
Strength - 2h 35m
Yoga 1h

First 2 weeks was marathon traiing.  I only swam 3 times this month...not bad total huh!  Now it's time for Tri Training.

April's totals:
Bike: 8h 49m 23s - 145.4 Mi
Run: 2h 41m 36s - 13.77 Mi
Swim: 5h 21m 30s - 12250 Yd
Rowing 11m

First full month of training, and 2 weeks of no running because of a knee injury. Never trained on a bike before, and except for some sitting pain, I love the bike. More importantly, my knees like the bike.

Okay, not the biggest numbers but none of the higher totals have been females so far...

April's totals:
Bike: 24h 59m 10s - 429.45 Mi
Run: 13h 49m 13s - 82.76 Mi
Swim: 11h 49m 17s - 33491 Yd

2006 totals:
Bike: 65h 12m 49s - 1044.79 Mi
Run: 49h 14m 26s - 285.28 Mi
Swim: 34h 40m 02s - 95841 Yd

Perspective on the totals: I joined BT and started logging January 28th so the 2006 totals are really only 3 months worth of data plus I have nothing to compare it to from 2005 or earlier years but I know that this is the most consistent I have trained. St A's actually decreased my totals by knocking out my long ride and run for the last week of the month. I'm racing twice in May so between racing and tapering for FL 70.3, the totals will be lower this month but then IM training starts in earnest.

Glad to see that I'm not the only one who keeps track of the miles! I never thought about keeping track of hours too but I only have one speed so I can convert mile to hours easily.

Run: 73 miles
Bike: 237 miles
Swim: 1.5 miles

Best month for me so far
Bike: 5h 56m - 93.03 Mi
Run: 4h 34m 16s - 23.65 Mi
Swim: 1h 29m 43s - 2865.53 Yd

Did my first Duathalon and stayed pretty much injury free. Swim distance did drop a bit but I think thats due to the weater getting nice and being able to get out and bike and run.

After reviewing everyone elses times and distances I see I am going to have to take it up a notch and try and find more time to get more in...... maybe I could have my wife put me on the treadmill while I am asleep and get a few more in there....

Lots of running this month as I have been prepping for my first half marathon (or possibly a full, depending on how I feel at mile 12). My running will drastically decrease and my biking and swimming will increase from here on out as I will shift my focus to training 2-3x a week in all three.

April's totals:
Bike: 6h 51m 43s - 134.2 Mi
Run: 15h 14m 50s - 89.88 Mi
Swim: 4h 10m 38s - 11750 Yd

2006 totals
Bike: 24h 30m 54s - 497.13 Mi
Run: 52h 38m 28s - 310.49 Mi
Swim: 16h 45m 44s - 46300 Yd

You biked 440 miles in 6hours 16mins? That's quite impressive. Not even Lance has figured out how to keep a 70 MPH average.
