Comments: I went out too fast and felt like crap for most of the race. A the end I saw the finish and the clock but just didn't have anything left, so no new PB :( What would you do differently?: Not play soccer and not eat crap the night before. Post race
Warm down: Seriously considered passing out on the concrete. Grabbed a water. Ate Subway for lunch with the family. What limited your ability to perform faster: Playing most of a 90-minute soccer game the night before. Event comments: The Rotary Club puts on a nice race. Very organized, nice tee shirt, plenty of volunteers. I will definitely do this race again next year. Last updated: 2006-04-18 12:00 AM

Played in a soccer game last night so I was a little sore. Had a bagel, gatorade, and Advil for breakfast.
Picked up my number and chip well in advance and went home. Picked up my parents. Met up with a family friend and chatted with him for a while. Stretched, jogged, fidgeted, ate a Cliff Shot. Talked to Stumfossil for 5 seconds just before the start.
