This is what I found in my son's bathroom this morning. He's almost 13...and very lucky I was only going in there to take a shower

Of course he would take the empty roll, 3 qtips, a ponytail holder and a toothbrush and make an automatic butt wiper! That was in season one episod 3!

Too bad you don't have the Toto Neorest.

My wife has an uncle with one.

One word of caution.

Start the "cleaning" cycle on low, then increase setting.

My head almost hit the roof.

I fell in love when I was in Japan. The seat was heated and did the "dirty" work for you!

A question for you.  Does your 13 year old son have any idea of who McGyver even is, lol?  You just reminded me of how old I'm getting.  Thank you for a good laugh.

Yep! I introduced him to the show on Netflix He was curious because I told him that I have been raising him since he was born in the MacGyver school. He wanted to know what that meant, so I told him my goal for him was to be able to handle himself in any situation - so I made certain that he would learn to drive a standard transmission, operate motorcycles, catch and saddle a horse, survive outdoors, speak a second language, be exposed to and be comfortable with foreign countries/cultures, play at least 2 musical instruments, understand carpentry, etc... He asked what MacGyver meant in this, so I said, "son, let's watch a little television show I think you'll like." He did - we laugh hysterically at parts of the shows, but we pull for MacGyver.

I hear you on the "feeling old" part - on the oldies station in D/FW they are no longer playing 50's/60's music - they're now playing 80's music. OUCH!

Very funny.  Did you find a half torn up magazine or catalog along side the toilet?

I tip my hat off to you sir.  Sounds like you have a wonderful relationship with your son.  Keep building on those memories.

I have Netflix.  I guess I'll be putting the search function to good use today, lol.  Have a great day.

Does he carry a Swiss army knife and a roll of duct tape with him wherever he goes?

I doubt either of these are usefull or desirable in a toilet mishap.
