OK I don't measure anything, just goes by look. about 2 cups of raw oatmeal 6 scoops of vanilla whey isolate protein 8 egg whites 1 small jar of peanut butter 1/3 box of brown sugar big squirt of honey maybe 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder lots of cinnamon if U like cinnamon vanilla extract milk, enough to make a cookie dough spoon out cookie size on cookie sheet Bake at 350. These are amazingly good and healthy Note the same recipe can be made using chocolate protein and adding the pure chocolate cocoa stuff, but when I do this I leave the cinnamon out. |
