Heh. I didn't mean to be unfriendly... although I can see how my answer read like that.

I'm in Ealing so on the other side of town and you are right about there not being many Londoners never mind Brits on here. TriTalk is probably the best UK based forum, but I use the logs on here to keep track of my "training".

What races are you planning this year?

Well this year is my first and im planning to do the Lakeside Triathlon, Tri together and hopefully finish with the London Tri, if i get a place, I have a Off Road run this Saturday which should be fun and very cold.

That WILL be cold! I thought my chin was gong to come off on this mornings commute. I've only got a couple of things on my race calender:

Thames Turbo Sprint in June and HSBC Olympic at Dorney Lake in September. Good luck with your races.

I work in the city and live near Canary Wharf and run in the evenings along the south bank to westminster and then back to work or just home ... been doing tris since 2005.

There are some good runs from Canary Wharf -- out to the Excel and back or down to Greenwich or just around Westferry Road.

We should try to get a group together for a run n' drinks sometime. Jens and I went out for dinner last night. I got lost in his eyes. I mean, um, I enjoyed our chat.
